Project TOYHAULR

2KOOL CUSTOMS Conversion on 2006 FORD F150 4x4

With a group of eager sponsors in the waiting we'll soon start a new 2KOOL CUSTOMS online project build to allow our clients and readers the opportunity to check out some great aftermarket products. As always all the products you'll see are provided right here through 2KOOL PERFORMANCE. We'll also be introducing some HOT new manufacturers in this build so make sure to keep checking back as this project gets going!

Our first product arrives, and we're wicked pleased. It's the AMERICAN RACING , Motto-Alloys MT-700 for the 2006 F150 and they simply look "Naughty"

. Thank you to John Traill at American Racing for his help with our project. I'm very pleased with the look of this 20x10" wheel! We wanted a deep dish, heavy spoked, rugged looking rim and this one was Purrrrrfect! Install pic's coming soon!

Mounted and Balanced , our new tires and rims are ready to install. Local shop T. K. TIRE in Brockville Ontario gets all our business when it comes to mounting and balancing any tire and rim combo's we bring in unmounted. Tim's a super guy and digs what we're doing here at 2KOOL PERFORMANCE! Just another example of us working hand in hand with businesses in our local community.

SLP Side Exhaust Install

Thanks to LMPerformance, our Project TOYHAULR just got a lil KooL-A with the addition of our new SLP side exit exhaust system.

This is a great sounding exhuast with a really LOW/DEEP tone. The stock 2006 F150 exhaust was as quiet as a Hurst which didn't sit well for our project ride that will surely be raising the Dead when completed

The most impressive thing about this system is the way it tucks up tight to the underside of our new project truck. The quality is second to none. Our clients are freaking out about these hot new SLP exhaust systems on their rides and with good reason, they look great!, the stainless steel quality is exceptional, and they simply sound amazing!

Noticed a nice seat of the pants improvement with this mod and in weighing this system compared to the giant bathtub like stock exhaust system we saved a solid 20lbs!

Not to mention the sweet dual side exit appearance!

LUND DeflectaShield Tailgate Guard, Wiper Cowl, Framed Perimeter Billet Grill and Soft roll up Tonneau Cover install, along with Classic Design Concepts rear F150 wing

Very pleased with all these products. We had to eliminate the DefectaShield tailgate top trim for our CDC rear wing to fit but both pieces mated up together well and provide for a very FINISHED and "KooL" look

It's slowly coming together! Should be looking more TUFF TRUCK worthy soon!

Here's a few shots showing wheel placement . Although the front of our project truck will come up balanced with the rear ( to be raised yet another 2" ), you get the idea of the trucks we'll be putting together as part of our new "TUFF TRUCK Depot" division here at 2KOOL PERFORMANCE. http://2koolperformance.ca/tuff_truck/index.htm

Great news came today from Paul Hutchins from RAM AIR HOOD who'll be sending us up one of their new 2004-2006 Ford F-150 G-Force Power Hood's!

We've recently put one of their hoods on a local HEMI project truck and the fit and finish was simply amazing! They come Functional or non-functional with an optional complete air intake system!

KC HiLiTES Jumps on board Project TOYHAULR

TNT DYNAMITE SIGNS

With some help from our 'Bro' Terry Knapp at TNT DYNAMITE SIGNS in Prescott Ontario our in house Project TOYHAULR just got Logo'ized! When you our parts delivery truck on the road it's sure to be playing "Horsepower Santa" to our 2KOOL clientele!

Terry did a 'bang-up' job on our truck and we thank him for his services! Later on in the build we'll be back to show you a new service he's provide which will surely be Explosively popular with the Hot Rod and Collector Car crowd. That service is the new clear vynl auto protection paint system TNT has for "ALL" rides. Terry will be showing this service to us shortly when he apply's it on our project truck.... right here 'online' for you to see.

KC HiLiTES and Westin products installs

Although looking a bit 'over-powering' at this point, the Westin chrome tube bars and front BULL Bar went on in a snap! Surely once 8 inches of lift gets smashed to this ride things will balance out, and these products installed today will look more balanced. Regardless, they look great and a big thanks to both Westin and KC HiLiTES.

RAM AIR HOOD

Thanks once again to Paul Hutchins from RAM AIR HOOD who supplied this trick functional twin ram air piece. This piece has dramatically changed the look of our 2006 F150 project truck, for the better! Shown in these pics, we've color matched the hoods grills to blend in with the main front grill.

RIZE and BUSHWACKER product installs

Special thanks to both BUSHWACKER marketing rep Sherri Ward, and our Bro's over at RIZE Industries for their support of our 2KOOL CUSTOMS conversion Project TOYHAULR.

The RIZE Industries 8" lift took our project truck build to new heights, and the BUSHWACKER extend-a-fenders smoothed and polished the overall look of the build. Special thanks to National Automotive & Radiator in Domville Ontario, who install all the great products we provide here through 2KOOL PERFORMANCE.

We'll be back at the lift portion of the build here shortly as we plan to tweek this lift just a touch in the rear.

We looked all around the industry before settling on the RIZE Industries lift and we're glad we did. The ride is absolutely amazing..... smooth as stock, and ROCK solid! No expense has been spared with the quality of the RIZE products, including industry leading Bilstein shocks! A ton of engineering goes into the RIZE Industries products and it 'shows'. Having said that, we're proud to be an authorized dealer for RIZE Industries here in Canada and look forward to providing their products to 'you' our 2KOOL 'TUFF TRUCK Depot' clients!
